The element 'AuthenticationHeader' in namespace 'http://www.irs.gov/efile' has invalid child element 'TransmissionDetail' in namespace 'http://www.irs.gov/efile'. List of possible elements expected: 'FinancialResolution' in namespace 'http://www.irs.gov/efile'.

Solution

1. Open the 'Review & File Forms' page.
2. Select 'File Forms'.
3. Find your state form in the list and click on the green arrow button.
4. Check the checkbox "I have read the certification above and agree".
5. Click the "Done" button.
6. Run Validation again.
