List of possible elements expected: 'GroupExemptionNum, AmendedReturnInd, Organization501cCorporationInd, Organization501cTrustInd, Organization401aTrustInd, OrganizationOtherTrustIndGrp, OrgStateCollegeUniversityInd' in namespace 'http://www.irs.gov/efile'. ReturnData SubsidiaryCorporationInd in General Information is invalid.

How to Resolve

You will need to select either "Corporate" or "Trust" for the "Form of Organization" field in the General Information section to clear the 990-T 'SubsidiaryCorporationInd' error. Don't forget to save your changes.

Why Is "Other" an Option

The "Other" option is relevant only to 990 filers, and is not applicable to 990-T filers.
