How to Activate Schedule O (Form 1120), Part I, Line 4

1. Navigate to Form 990-T -> Schedule O (Form 1120) -> Part I, Line 3
2. Choose one of the drop down options listed below:
   • Terminate the current plan and not adopt a new plan
   • Terminate the current plan and adopt a new plan
3. Schedule O, Part I, Line 4 is now active
4. Click the "Save" Button in the Tools Bar.
