990-Series Solutions

  • Form 990-T Supplemental Information: With this release supplemental information for Form 990-T is produced with the PDF packet.
  • Form 990-PF Public Disclosure Copy: With this release contributor detail is redacted on the Schedule B.
  • Form 3800: This release addresses an issue with the allowable credit doubling on the form.
  • Form 8868: With this release Group Exemption Number will now display on Part II of the PDF.
  • Schedule B: With this release the Schedule B public disclosure copy for 527 entities will include contributor details, as required.
  • Schedule B, Template: The Schedule B template has been improved by adding drop down menus for Column M and P of the template to facilitate correct input via the template.
  • Schedule D: This release addresses an issue with the counting of Schedule D in the XML for documentID. Prior to this release XML was listing a Document ID for Schedule D even when not required.
  • Schedule I, template: With this release the Schedule I template defaults to United States if column 11 'Country' is blank. Prior to this release blank defaulted to 'foreign' upon import.
  • Alabama e-file attachments: This release addresses an issue with the submission of state e-file attachments. Returns previously rejected with the error "The xml listing of PDF attachments does not match the attachments listed in the file directory" may now be filed.
  • California Schedule H, Part III: This release addresses an issue with the presentation of amounts for Schedule H. The form has been updated to reflect the user input when modifications have been made at the state level.
  • 2023 California Form 199 e-file: This release addresses an issue where CA Form-199 electronically filed using the option to include only page 1 were rejected citing a missing Form 3509.
  • Kansas e-file: This release addresses an issue with Kansas e-file validation. Files may now be validated and will not receive a message that an "unexpected error has occurred".
  • North Carolina CD-405, Schedule O: With this release Part 1 of Schedule O will calculate and display 0% versus 100%, when applicable.
