How to Download the CCH Axcess Batch Manager Log Files

For issues related to the CCH Axcess integration, it is extremely helpful in troubleshooting to have the Batch Manager log file included in your support ticket. Please follow the steps below to download the file.
 
Open the Dashboard application
  1. Click on Application Links
  2. Click on “Batch Manager”
  3. Run the integration from K1 Aggregator
  4. Click on “Refresh Job Status” until the job is completed
  5. Download the TaxTransfer Export file and send the exported file so our engineers can debug using the data
